Hb 385 is the new proffessional service tax being proposed in the Georgia Assembly. Take action by contacting your legislator today. Please join us as we oppose house bill 385, which includes language that will tax professional services including haircuts, colors, and spa services.
Currently these services are not taxed; products and supplies are taxed. Should the proposed tax become law, clients could see their bills increase by 7-8% due to taxation.
How you can help: identify your legislator via http://www.legis.ga.gov and let them know you strongly oppose this outrageous 175 page tax hike, taxing everything from girl scout cookies to a higher gas tax, and veterinary services!
